A holiday party is even more magical when the forecast calls for SNOW!

Snow in Boca Raton? We can make that happen! When we were asked to design a community holiday party that would appeal to all ages and abilities we knew that snow would be in the forecast. We kicked off the festivities with a community-wide snowflake scavenger hunt, hiding 12 snowflake markers around the neighborhood and asking teams to locate and collect 12 different snowflake tokens. Clues were released via facebook at 4 o’clock sharp and the hunt began. As a special finisher prize we gave away 200 delicious and beautiful snowflake cookies designed by local baker Simply Sweet of Boca Raton to the participating teams.

To delight and entertain the younger set, we brought in REAL SNOW! Children and adults alike can’t help but smile while making snowballs and playing on a snow covered hill, especially in South Florida. A hot chocolate bar made sure everyone stayed warm. We rounded out the event with two food trucks offering gourmet grilled cheese and hand-crafted tacos. Let it snow!
