How we got here
We started Sprig Event Studio out of a shared passion for making everyday celebrations magical and extremely memorable. We love a creative challenge (pickle party anyone?) and truly believe that the best memories are made during a shared moment of enjoyment. Anyone can plan an event — we pride ourselves on making memories with truly personalized graphic design.

Our Founders
After 20+ years working with some of the world’s greatest brands in the areas of advertising, promotions, direct marketing and public relations, co-founders Megan Hammer and Kica Worrilow turned their marketing background and graphic design skills to the art of personalized party design.
Megan Hammer
Megan’s passion for branding comes from a long career designing distinct and meaningful logos and brand identities for small to mid-size businesses and not-for-profits to improve their businesses through enduring design. Today Megan applies the same passion for branding and design to create custom celebrations and shared moments of enjoyment for Sprig Event Studio.
A graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Megan splits her time between Boca Raton, Florida and St. Michaels, Maryland.
Kica Worrilow
Kica loves seeing celebrations evolve from an idea to realization to create truly-personalized experiences. After 14 years in Los Angeles working in the movie industry designing games and websites for Disney, Dreamworks, Sony and other studios, she still brings that excitement and cutting edge into her present work at Sprig Event Studio.
With a degree in advertising from PUC, Brazil and in Graphic Design and Computer Graphics from UCLA, Kica now lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
